So im getting a 6800gt in a few days and currently in my comp are the items listed below. Currently I have the Enermax EG465P-VE. It's a 431watter with a 20A +12v line and a 44A +5v line. I have noticed some stability issues currently when clocking my 2500+ to a 3200+ @ 1.75V I have the Thermalright sp-97 with a vantec stealth on it and temps look fine, i think I hit 48C at load, so im considering its a power problem.

asus a7n8x deluxe
2500+ (not oc'd right now)
2 x 74gig raptors
1 x maxtor 160gig
2 x maxtor 40gig
1 x externally caged maxtor 160gig
1 x optorite dvd burner
1 x cd-burner
1 x dvd-rom drive
5 case fans (thermaltake damier 6000A case)
powercolor 9800pro (for right now)
 
YES .. LOL .. i have a 5900 that i just put in my system with alot of hdd's and i've noticed issues from time to time i just ordered a antec truepower 550.

I actually have that same powersupply that you have :) and i'm sure the 6800 is going to draw more power
