Do I need a new PSU?

Hey,

Was wondering if someone could answer this for me. I just bought an eVGA 7800GS 256 AGP card and I did this so I could hopefully run Oblivion better. Well, it helped but not as much as I thought it would. When I posted my problem over at the Oblivion forum they pointed out that I needed a bigger PSU because the 380w Antec that I'm using didn't meet the requirements for the video card I just bought. They said I needed to get a 450w at minimum or even a 520w. I thought "ok that's my problem, my card isn't getting sufficient juice to operate correctly". So, I go to eVGA's web site and check out my card I just bought and it says the card needs a 350w PSU yet some retailers(i.e. Tigerdirect.com) are saying 400w for the 7800gs. I'm going to go with eVGA's requirements and I should be OK - I think. I thought I would ask you all and see if I really need to get a new PSU. Here is the rest of my system specs....

AMD 64 3400(2.4ghz)
DFI LanParty UT nF3 250Gb
2GB PC3200 DDR
eVGA 7800GS 256 AGP
Sound Blaster X-Fi Plat.
74gb WD Raptor 10k SATA
200gb Seagate SATA
2 BenQ DVD burners

I'm using the Antec Sonata case which has 2-120mm fans and a 380w PSU. Thanks for any help you all can provide!
