heres what i'm building, do I need to get another heatsink then the one that comes with the cpu, oh and I do plan on some light overclocking.

intel e6550
abit p35
evga 8600 gt
cooler master extreme 650w PSU
cooler master c690 case, also purchased 4 xtra yate loon 120mm fan (the case can handle 7 120mm fan)
2gb patriot ddr

this will be my first time overclocking, i'm thinking about pushing it to 3.2 ghz

The stock intel cooler is typically good for up to 2.8Ghz. If you'd like to push it further, get a Cooler Master TX2 (typically $15), Scythe Ninja Plus Rev.B ($35), or Tuniq Tower ($45).

thanks for the suggestions, I went with the cooler master tx2 for $15.99 minus $15.00 rebate making it $.99 plus $7.00 shipping;)
thanks again

not bad of a find...though im sure the massive tuniq tower could do a better for 28$ more
