Do I need a gigabyte switch if my router already has a gigabyte switch built in?

I am running 2 computers and a PS3 all have gigabyte in them and are hooked up to a D-Link-655 router with Cat 6 cables.

Would I get even better speed if I used a gigabyte switch with the gigabyte router?

I am also using Jumbo Frames on both computers.
