Do I have a Virus? Help please!

Hi, I am using XP HE on my laptop at home. When I use the keyboard that is on the lappy, the right side of the keyboards keys are all switched around. The K key does 2 now, and L does some other key. Funny thing is when I use my usb keyboard everything is fine but only on the USB keyboard is accurate. The laptops right side of the keyboard, the keys are switched, the left side works fine though.

is it a Virus or is there a setting that got changed?

HELP! Please.

its probably because your laptop is set to use those certain keys as the number pad...


ill bet your L is 3

and J is 1

I think you have the dreaded "Function Key Enabled" virus. :)
 
Sounds like you have a setting turned on that turns you right side into a num keypad. Check it out.
j=1
k=2
l=3
u=4
i=5
o=6
 
I thaught that I checked for the function key, but I do remember having to enable them so that I can use my buy scripts for CS:S. I will check this when I get home, thanks for all the help peeps.

I feel like such a noob. LOL
