I am needing another Unifi AP... do I dare try an AC out??

I've heard there were still some "issues".... is this true??

Just from reading the ubnt boards, I wouldn't. Not worth the money for a product that is half finished. Then again, I think the only unifi products that are great value are the base indoor and outdoor+ models.
 
Think of it this way, how long was "N" "Half Finished"? But people deployed them a lot.

I have used the Unifi AC and they have been pretty solid.
 
Hmmm..... kinda what I was reading as well. People saying they aren't as stable.

Bought another Pro unit.
 
I was straddling the same fence recently and after all the reports I was reading I went with a Pro as well. Can always add an AC down the road when they're getting better feedback.
