do all audigy 2's sound the same?

I have a set of logitech x-530's 5.1 and need to get a sound card.

what i mean is will the audigy 2, audigy 2 zs , audigy 2 s platinum , audigy 2 gamer , etc

all have the same sound quality since i dont need the 7.1 of the zs?

Literally? No. The ZS series have better DACs. On your speaker set, there's no perceptible difference, in my opinion.
 
platinum adds the live drive front panel connections.
gamer comes with a bunch of game software which is nice if you dont have them allready.
i think the mp3 version comes with mp3 software bundled.

i like the platinum for use with headphones.
