dns-323 wont powerdown anymore

Hi,

I have an older DNS-323 which I wanted to bring back into service. I updated the firmware to 1.10 but then noticed it no longer sleeps. It used to be that it would totally powerdown when not being used, the lights would shut off and the drives would spin down.

But now it just stays lit up all the time, and I can hear the drives turning (if I press my ear on it).

Thinking it must be the fault of the firmware I've started downgrading. First 1.09, now 1.08 but still no sleep. It has zero servers enabled etc. and everything is set right. Powerdown in 5 minutes and auto fan.

Any ideas at which firmware this stopped working right?
 
I've had the same problem today. I did 2 things

1) I changed "fan control" away from "automatic" and then back to "automatic"
2) I disabled the Bittorrent application

That seems to have fixed the problem for me
 
Ok, I'll try that, although I never had the bt app running. What firmware are you using?
