Divx Performance Woes

I am having difficulties with my 3.0GHz Northwood and AOpen EX-65 SSF Box. It is consistantly performing around 5-10fps slower than my Athlon 3200+ Winchester Core w/ a K8T NEO2-F mobo. Both are running 1gb of the same brand of memory set at the same latency. I'm encoding the exact file with the exact same output settings with the same version of Divx and VirtualDub. The Intel Aopen box is using a Seagate 7200.7 SATA HD, while the AMD box is using a Samsung SP0411N.

I just don't understand why my Northwood is performing so poorly. :(


Any ideas?
