good luck in your search. i found one on the local CL for $60 and the seller is willing to take my mx performance mouse as a partial trade. just waiting to see how much $$ i will need to add to the trade.

think the deal is off. he got an offer for cash that he's going with for the moment. think i may just keep and use it. i have read that the battery life on the g700 not really all that goodeven through it uses AA's
 
I actually have a G700 on my other computer and I like it a lot. When it is on the gaming profile I set up, it will eat the battery a lot faster, but it will still last 3-4 hours, maybe more. It is a single AA battery. And they cord is always there, so I can just plug it in if I have to, and it doesn't take long to charge. On the regular desktop setting it will last days, maybe longer, but I game, so I don't know.

You wouldn't happen to have a nice Bluetooth mouse for trade, would you? I have a G700, and I'd like to get a Bluetooth mouse with similar functionality if possible. I really don't use the G700 for gaming anymore, but I'd like to have at least 5 buttons on a Bluetooth enabled mouse if possible.
