Displays subforum missing while logged in

When I am logged into my account, the link to the displays subforum does not show up in the [H]ard|Ware section of the front page. Trying to access the displays subforum directly through its URL results in an error. When I log out, the displays subforum appears and is readable. Could someone please fix this issue?
