May be a stupid question to a lot of you however I just picked up an RTX 2080 ti. Its replacing my old GTX 980. I also replaced my old 24 inch monitor with an Asus PG27UQ 4k. Mainly going to play some of my older games that were released a few years back so 4k at 120hz shouldn't be a problem. Now to my question since I'm new to displayport as I've always used dvi, to get the full 120hz, when choosing a cable, do I need to make sure its a diplayport 1.4 cable or will any displayport cable work even if it doesn't say 1.4? Reason I ask, when looking on amazon, there are cables that say they are 1.4 and others that do not.

This one says its 1.4

This one does not
