Displaying different languages

Hey,

I'm trying to add another language (Chinese) but the "Display Language" option isn't available in the Region and Language settings (probably cause I'm using Vista Home Premium). Does anyone know how I can display Chinese?
 
Vista Home Premium does not allow you to have different display languages only Vista Ultimate will let you do that. You should be able to read and write Chinese (simplified/traditional) with the addition of different keyboards in the Region and Language settings. If you want to change the operating systems language requires Vista Ultimate or I think Microsoft does language packs that are expensive but allow you to add a language in the same way to another version of Vista.
