Display Settings for Sharp 42"

Guys I just purchased my new Sharp Aquos 42" TV. The model # is Sharp LC-42D64U. I'm curious if anyone out there has this model and if you're happy with your display settings what are they set to. I'm trying to find something nice but I'm struggling between all the settings. I'd appreciate any help you can offer. I'm looking for the Contrast, Tint, Brightness, etc.
