Display Set up and Testing Programs

So I have gotten my new Sceptre 20" widescreen monitor. Now I really need to properly calibrate it. What programs are there that I can test the quality and settings of my monitor so that I can get it just right and make sure everything is working properlike? All help is much appreciated.

Those are the best I've found, really helped with my brightness and contrast settings. Our monitor came with a "Natural Color" program, you adjust the color inside the boxes to match the outer boxes. Now everything looks great. Also the Samsung 930B has a tab under the bezel that changes brightness and contrast for "custom, text, internet, games, movies & sport". Really hany feature that I haven't seen on other LCD's.
