I'm posting for a friend, his LCD monitor keeps turning itself off every 2 seconds. There are no artifacts, and the monitor's power button is still on. It's a HP a710e with the stock HP 17" LCD with a Visiontek 9550 128MB AGP. He's never had this problem, until it started now. He doesn't have a backup monitor to test if it's something else. Wtf is the problem.. right now he's taking the AGP card out, and testing to see if it does the same with the onboard VGA.

EDIT: Nope, it's still the same... think his HP LCD is going bad? :rolleyes:
 
Uh, nevermind. The monitor started working for all of sudden. Please lock this thread or something.
