Hi Guys,

I've decided to upgrade my monitor, and then my GPU later.

I'm looking ideally for a compromise between good for text/office apps and casual gaming (Total War etc.). I read online that 23-inch is a good size for a multi-purpose HD widescreen. Preferably I want a display *without* speakers and it must have DVI port.

Can someone recommend a good display that meets the above criteria that's available in the UK?

Thanks!

Dell Ultrasharp monitors are available in the UK, and work great for just about everything. (unless you want G-Sync/Freesync)

DVI may be harder to find on a brand-new monitor, but you can get good adapters if you need one for cheap.

Do you want regular "FHD" at 1920x1080, or something with a bit more room like 2560x1440?

And the most important question...What's your budget?
