So, as I've stated in the past, I'm part of the IT team at a medical center. I've recently come across a lack of diskspace problem. we have 9 or 10 computers in the ER that are avaliable to employees to use. The problem is, when there's downtime, the users tend to surf the web, and as you all know when you surf the web with IE it tends to cache a fair amount of data. We have a few machines that are full of crap. I was wondering if anybody had a script or know where I could get a script to delete all temporary internet files out of all the profiles on each of the computers.. there's between 40 and 80 users that have used these workstations, so if you can imagine that if each user has used up their default 100megs in IE on a 10 gig partition, you can see where my problem lies... Any suggestions would be appreciated.
