Not sure if this should be in the software section, but anyways. The automatic defrag kind of bugs me, since the HDD access noise is on pretty much all the time. I see that I-FAAST needs it on auto to work. My question is, does I-FAAST really do much?

My other concern was slow-down in games, but it's only supposed to do the defrag when idle right? Whilst surfing the net etc it's always going.

I got so annoyed with that I dropped it and now just run O&O weekly.

Some say it does but I really didn't give it enough time to find out, mainly because I didn't think it was good for my hard drives to have to work so hard all the time, then there was the noise factor since I have seven hard drives.
