We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.

about a hour ago, i was minding my own buisness playing my games (nothing in the background but the standard things, AVG, and a couple messenger programs) and all then sudden.... STOP. my computer completely stops for about 5-6 seconds, reboots, then... it recognizes all the drives, ok, fine, no errors, ok, then:

Verifying DMI pool data ....................

Disk Read Error Occured
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to Continue.

i've tried reseating all cards and cables, resetting bios (just to make sure, i've found stupider solutions for simpler problems)

i've never quite encountred a error like this before, what should i do to find out exactly what happened? or is it just plain, simple hard-deive failure?

Go to the website of your HDD manufacturer and run the test programs they will have on there to check the hard drive. It should give you an indication whether or not something disk-related is incoming.
