Popped in a 200GB WD 8mb Cache. Installed it as the slave.

It shows up as 132gb for some reason. I know where is some difference because the byte to bit (120gb shows up as 111gb), but 132 is not to scale.

What am I doing wrong?
 
few questions,

1) are you using win xp, if so are you using sp2?

2) what file system are you using, fat32 or ntfs?

fat32 will only see up to 132GB's or somewhere around there, switching to ntfs (and yes you can do this without reformatting) and using sp2 in windows xp will allow you to break that barrier
 
Partitioning the drive into two drives with the larger being less than 132GB should also solve the problem.

yeah, but i have a feeling he wants one big 200GB partition
