Disk boot failure!! Help!

are you setup to boot to cdrom first also if you are after it gets past the initial post screen tap the space bar a few times. There is normally a message that says "press any key to boot to cd" and you get a few seconds to do it otherwise it will try to boot from the harddrive which will give you the error you are receiving. I was having an issue where my pc wasnt displaying the "press a ny key message" but i kept pressing the space bar and it booted into the windows setup. but like I said before make sure its set to boot to cd first.
 
yes its set to cdrom..

and the system info stuff loads first, and as soon as that loads, the error is also present at the bottom... if i press enter, it goes to a blank page with JUST that error... theres no time at all.. its like instant... anyways the space bar thing didnt work :(
