Disabling Winkey Combinations

I like to use Winkey+B as a general hotkey in Winamp to advance to the next song in the playlist. It has never been a problem for me to map this combination to an action before. But my new computer came with a Logitech Media Elite keyboard, which apparently has Winkey+B mapped to put focus on the system tray. I don't know for certain if it's the keyboard or the operating system (Windows XP x64).

So I'm wondering if it's possible to disable certain Winkey combinations (such as Win+L to log off and Win+E to open Windows Explorer), so that I can map them to other functions, specifically in Winamp.
 
I don't know about specific combination, but TweakUI will disable them entirely, though it does say that some combinations "don't respect this setting." Keep in mind, also, that I don't think TweakUI is for XP64 but it might be worth a try. Use at your own risk.

Well thanks for clearing that up killa, I guess all Windows XP Pro versions use the Win+B combination. Thanks arkamw, I downloaded the 64-bit version of Tweak UI and was able to disable the hotkey, which I can now use in Winamp.

But does anyone know of a way to only disable some of the hotkeys, since it would be nice to use Win+B in Winamp but also Win+L to switch users.
 
Why not use the "next track" key on your keyboard? I've got the Elite SE (wired version, exactly the same otherwise) and it works in Winamp.
