I have a single domain network with a single exchange server, running Exchange 2010. I know I can disable remote access on a per user basis, but how about webmail access? We have one employee who is hourly, and we want to restrict her webmail access completely.

She has a tower in the office using Outlook 2007 for her e-mail, but we want that to be the only way she can access her e-mail. Is this possible?

In AD User & Computers do you see the Exchange Features Tab? There should be Outlook Web Access (OWA) under protocols. Just disable that protocol for the user.

If you don't see the tab you might need to log into the exchange server. Alternatively you can install the exchange admin tools on your workstation to see the tab as well.

for Exchange 2010 open properties for that user's mailbox, then in the features tab disable the OWA access
