I want people to be able to pull up the login screen, but not be able to login.. An error like this would work.

Solved my own problem.. There was a group added to the Remote Admin list, so anyone under that group could access it. Deleted it and went through adding user by user that is suppose to use the box. I knew i'd find what I needed as soon as I posted
