so yah when i go to dxdiag it says i have 8.1 but in css it says i have 9.
should i dl directx 9 if so can som1 send me the link and where am i sapost to extract?
 
also i jsut reformatted but now when ever i go on a game a popup comes on my screen sayind "nonpresent mode" and when ever i use real player or windows media to watch a video it is really dark.
