was looking at the bottom of an 1800xt noticed something. There is a little "chip" with 2 of the smallest dip switches I have ever seen. Both of thes are set to off. Anyone know what they do?

The dipswitch enables further overclocking, at the expense of more heat. Default most
XT's can't reach beyond ~720mhz. If you switch the dipswitch, 750mhz shouldn't be a problem. And if you switch number 2 775/800mhz. will be in reach if you're lucky.
seriously: afaik it's for Pal or NTSC tv-out.
