DIP switch question on 3850

Hello again everyone, I still have the performance problem in Crysis were it takes the card a while to render an area in front of Nomad and it also chops even when I turn around to look at the area I was in before hand.

On point, I have tried all that I know to see what is wrong with my damn Sappire 3850 512MB graphics card, can anyone tell me the correct position for the DIP switch on the back of the card? I have a feeling that it might be off.

The switch in the back is likely to switch the TV-out from NTSC to PAL. The setting won't make a difference if you're using a computer monitor for output.

I really doubt it since DIP switches to control IRQs and memory addresses.
