Can I upgrade my Dell PSU from stock, or do I need to give Dell my money for their parts???

Thanks for any help!

You can replace it easily, just buy an ATX 12v model without a rear power switch.

Is there any particular reason to replace it? It's probably good enough for anything you would want to put in that small case. Those Dell microATX cases are pretty stuffy, so higher power video cards aren't a good idea IMO.
