i cant pick between these two. my biggest issue is that the Z3 is the price i want to pay in store, 500. but online i can find the FZ20 for the same price online, but not at places i've bought before, however they do have good ratings. the image quality looks better on the FZ20, but the video options are better on the Z3. i'd rather get the FZ20 but i'd really dont like the idea of buying something like this online, but the better camera for the same price is very tempting. what would you all suggest?

a good zoom.
clearity of picture with good color and little noise.
30fps video.
image stablilty, i could go without, but i'd really rather have it.
something that doesnt require me to buy a lense and atapter for lense to get a zoom byond 8x optical.
500 dollar range, not hitting 600.
uses.
for the reception after my wedding, geting a friend to take pictures for us.
pictures at indy during the F1 race there.
everyday use for normal pictures.
and something to give me nice photos when a higher quality is wanted. speical events, other races, etc.
