Dilemma

Hey all.

A few weeks ago, I bought an EVGA 780 SC from microcenter. Luckily, I am still within the 30 day return window, so I do not "lose" $150 after NVidia's price cuts.

The card I have, to me, seems great; at stock (1.149) voltage, the card is stable running a boost speed of 1210 MHz, and the memory, which I haven't tried to oc higher, is at 1652mhz. The card, with a custom fan profile, never goes above 55c load. Asci quality is also 80% - not sure if this matters, but regardless, I feel like I got a very good card that is able to do these speeds at stock voltage; I have not even tried upping the voltage. I feel as if I could get higher clocks on the core, but the issue is power consumption - the card seems like it wants more than 106% to go higher.

Anyways, what my dilemma is, are actually a few things. Should I keep my card if microcenter is able to get me a discount, or, should I buy an evga classified, which will only cost me $30 more once I return my current 780, according to my calculations of reduced price plus tax.

The other issue is the 780ti. I know no one can answer this, but through reasoning, how much more of a gain can we see with the 780ti, if it indeed does have 2880 cores, when compared to my oc'ed 780?

I have until Monday to return my card, because on Wednesday, the 30th day of the return window comes to an end.

I will appreciate all input, and I apologize for the long post.
