What I am looking for is a card that will let me watch DirectTV perfectly or at least the best they can get, and be able to record off of it with minimal quality loss. I will be building a top of the line system.

Still deciding on a mobo, probably gonna wait for the MSI Neo4

Not gonna buy parts till Febuary.
Anyway, I don't want to get a ATI AIW and I don't care about HDTV. Any suggestions on what card I should get? Preferablly links to Newegg since thats where I plan on buying mostly everything, though it doesn't have to be from Newegg.
