Hey all, i need some help with some video encodeing.

Im setting a Dazzle DVC 80 to use with VCR's and DVD players to put together a show reel. I've had this working before. yet after reinstalling windows Xp and getting all the updates it shows no video!

I tryed messing around and finally have some video, but its all distorted. Ive tried diffrent VCR's and DVD players, and cables, anyone got any ideas what i can do?
