So i have a old SB Live x-gamer 5.1, that has a digital output connection on the back, its the orange one. where can i find a cable so i can run it to a decoder?

Thanks

This has been "attacked" quite a bit by a number of people, but that "digital output" refers to Creative's proprietary connection that's used by their speakers.

Theoretically, you could be a 1/8" adapter -> coax cable and run a digital stream down it, but I can't say since I've never tried it.

I had an old sb live! value that i ran a digital coax from and it worked perfectly...I just needed to get a 1/8" mono-> rca adapter. i don't know if it's the same, but i thought i'd let you know.
