digital camera for under $125

i am helping a woman at work find a digital camera on a limited budget..
strictly point and shoot.. she would like a big lcd screen..

what recommendations does everyone have?

are those black panasonic cameras good?
i was thinking a nikon or canon that was in that price range..

I have a Samsung S630 (6.0 MP) that I am pretty happy with. I got it for $99 at Wally World.
