I have been out of the loop for a while. Did anyone complete a digital baybus (especially a color one) project? I remember a long time ago, Uller had a design and some other guy had a really cool looking one also (however, I can't find the old threads for these) although neither was color.

I believe it was done by a forum member named razor1000. I remember that it was finished, but the "developer's kit" or whatever was not shared with us.

Anyways, a "digital baybus" would be easy, considering the amount of documentation out there for the more popular microcontrollers out there. Of course, there are other implementations, but the resources are out there for any average electronics hobbyist to come up with something. The visual interface would be tougher, but still pretty doable.
