Diffrent Core Temps?

Im running a Q6600 overclocked to 3.6ghz at 1.5volts

Im cooling it using a Zalaman Reserator w/ the fan with an extra pump.

My idle temps hover around 33 C depending on the room temp.

When I stress the cpu via Orthos, core 1&2 will hover around 47 C
While core 3&4 will stay at around 38-40 C

This seems really weird to me, so I tried resitting my cpu block (apogee gt), it didn't make a difference. It seems like my artic silver job was good enough.

Is this a normal occurance for the Quad Cores? Or do I have to check my setup again?

well, having different temps on the cores is rather normal.
It would definitively help if you lap both your CPU heatspreader and your water block
 
Run Prime95 with small ftts; this benchmark would be a better indicator. If you still see this large difference in temps I would re-seat and reapply TIM.
 
If you're not running a 4 core stress test then your temperatures will be drastically different. Make sure you're not running a dual-core stress test (or make sure you're running two instances of it).
