different core temps on Q9650

My setup consists of what's listed in my signature and it's housed in a Cooler Master Cosmos 1000 case with 4 120mm fans. At idle, the four cores vary in temps from around 33C to 39C and when I put them on a full load with Prime95 (long test) one of the cores jumps to 51C and another one jumps to about 60. The rest of them are between those two temps. Is it normal for the temps to be so different between these cores and are these temps in general alright? I'm not doing any overclocking right now.
If I were to overclock, what kind of increase in temperatures would I potentially see? If I try to bump it up to 3.5ghz? How about 4.0ghz?

yes, its normal. Usually should be within 5c of eachother, but the sensors are not 100% accurate, and thats why they jump arround alot.

Also, even though it says 100% on all cores, each core is calculating something different at that particular time, and thats also part of the reason why youll get different readings for each core.
