Hey guys,

I'm running windows 7 on an hp envy with a dual display setup so I can watch movies on an hdtv via hdmi. I was wondering if it would be possible to play audio from windows media player, vlc, real player, etc to the hdmi device, while playing all other audio from other programs from speakers attached to the headphone jack of my laptop. Is this possible?

Thanks,

Nub

Nevermind, got it working! Windows media player lets you select an audio device. Windows 7 doesn't let you select output devices on a per-application basis. Would be a good feature, if anyone wants to bug them about it.
