Differences between Ergotron LX and MX

so I know the mx holds a heavier monitor, but is that the only difference? I currently have a 32" lg as my primary and want to add my 24 but this would clutter up the desktop and was thus looking at the arms, but wanted to know if there were any differences. I ask this as the lx series seems to allow for more attachments. Anybody have both and have an opinion? I thought about getting a bigger desk but thought a couple arms would be better
