Difference inbetween these two voltage regulator

Tripp Lite LC 1200

and

APC Line-R 1200VA

So whats the difference? I can find the TrippLite LC1200 for close to $100 on amazon or provantage yet APC LineR 1200 retails for about half that shipped. What is it about the Tripp Lite LC1200 that justifies the $100 pricetag?
More LEDS? Higher surge protection rating? Or is it just because its bigger form factor thus maybe has a different passive heatsink design.

I am looking at picking up one of the above because I am expanding my folding farm so I want to get the best but at a reasonable price tag.
 
Probably very little difference, if any.

You can also get the OptiUPS SS1200 for just over $20.

Is OptiUPS SS1200 comparable to the APC model? Have you had hands on experience with both of these voltage regulators?
