What is the difference between the nvidia amd/intel x16 nforce drivers and the nvidia amd drivers?

I installed the nvidia amd/intel x16 drivers on my new epox 9npa3 ultra. Should I of used nvidia amd instead?

The X16 drivers are for nforce4 boards with PCI-e X16 (ie full 16 pipelines in SLI, rather than the more common 8), such as the Asus A8N32 SLI Deluxe.
