difference between thermal paste and thermal ceramique?

well from my many trips to fry's, ive managed to pick up a few items over time and im going to reapply my AS5 soon (because i did a crap job the first time out). But getting back on topic I have arctic silver 5, arctic silver ceramique, and the thermal adhesive arctic silver, and i have no idea what the specific differences are between the ceramique and the paste, and what situations you would use the ceramique, so whatever info anyone has would help.
 
Both are pretty similar, AS5 maybe beating out Ceramique by a degree or two in some situations. I prefer Ceramique.
