Hi, firstly I'd like to apologize if this have been asked before here. Its my first time attempting GPU folding:p

Anyway, I notice there's 2 V6 GPU2 client. the first one seems to be for both ATI and NVIDIA, while the second one says "with special viewer for NVIDIA

May I know whats the difference?

I'm using a GeForce 9800GTX, but the 2nd NVIDIA specific client seems to be crashing every single time I open the display

I then tried the first one, which up till now, seems to be running fine. I can open and close the display without any issues.

Am I missing out on anything?

Thanks :)

just get the normal one.. basicly the special viewer allows you to view the folding process on cards that dont seem to work with the normal viewer which isnt the case with your 9800GTX.. but what they fail to say is that it will effect your actual folding/PPD performance.. so you dont want to use the viewer at all.. just use FAHmon to keep track of your gpu client(s)..
