Difference between RG-59 and RG-6 coaxial

Center conductor on RG-6 is bigger so there is less signal loss over a given distance.
 
Also, RG-6 is capable of carriing higher frequencies compared to RG-59. In most satellite installations you want RG-6, RG-59 can't handle the frequencies and will burn out over time.
 
IIRC,

RG-6 is used for Digital Cables and RG-59 is used for Analog connections.

Or is it the other way round.
