Difference between OEM and retail for RAM?

Also, packaging. Retail might come in fancier packaging, whereas OEM RAM comes in a white box most of the time.

not always, most ram comes with lifetime warranty, unless its generic stuff.

usually, just packaging.

Warranty is still the same on both retail and OEM unless specified by the manufacturer of the RAM. Check the companies website for details.
