What is the difference between Leadtek's TV2000XP Expert and the TV Pro? (The TV2000 is listed for $75, and the TV Pro as $350!!!)

Also, should I get the ATI Radeon 9800 Pro All-in-Wonder

Or

the Leadtek TV2000XP Expert + ATI Radeon 9800 Pro regular?
