Difference between 9-9-9-24 and 9-9-9-24n?

I am looking to build a 2500k rig and Gskill has some sweet memory on sale but I can't find the difference between 24 and 24n.

Can anyone clue me in?

Good question. I was just in bios looking at my ddr3 timings, I suspect the exact same ram, and wondering the same.
