Difference between 603 and 604 sockets ?

Hello all,

Sorry if this is a dumb question but i keep finding 603/604 Mobo's (Xeon) references.
Whats the difference between the 2 ?, except for the number :).
Is there a potential danger in using a 603 cpu in a 604 mobo or vice versa. ?
I just want to be sure not to blow up my newly with ebay bought Xeon processors.
My mobo i intent to use is the ASUS PCH-DL Deluxe Dual Xeon Mainboard and the processors the MATCHED PAIR (2 CPU's) P4 3.06-533-512 XEON CPU , is that ok ?

Oh yes, and , is a 400W Zalmann power supply ok ?, i use quit a lot of IDE drives and other stuff.
I dont intent to OC do.
