Difference between 2 Zalmans?

I will assume you noticed the difference in size of the fans and thus the fins/radiators and just overall size. The 110 is larger.

Both should work well, if you had a mintower the smaller one might be a better fit or if using a dual core and not overclocking to the edge. If you think you would ever get a quad core or do heavy overclocking and the size would not be an issue, IMO I would go with the larger one. Bottom line the bigger one has the potential to cool better but it all depends on your end use and only you know the details of exactly what you are going to do and future upgrade plans. Even not overclocking the larger one might be quieter due to the fan moving more air at the same speed. So its up to you to figure out what will work best for you.
